Project Summary
Director Dale Fabrigar and Suzanne DeLaurentiis Productions were producing horror anthology segments for a TV pilot being pitched to Netflix and other streaming services. Dale and I have worked together in the past, and he asked me to contribute.
As often happens in Hollywood, the script needed to be done yesterday. I wrote it quickly (but carefully), and production was greenlit.
Dinner Rush tells the story of Richard DeMarco, who is in for a rude awakening when a lunch meeting with a local crime boss turns deadly. It features mobsters, demons, and Eric Roberts. You're welcome, America.
By the way, that's me lunging in pic #8, cast as a demon. Red eyes, sunken cheeks, pale flesh, fangs... no CGI or makeup. Just how I look in the morning.
